Please allow 1-2 business days from day order is placed for items to leave warehouse plus shipping time. Orders placed after 11:00am PST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day.

All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and returns slip, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
