Bought this jacket last winter, I have the black version they were selling last season but it looks like they don't sell it anymore. It's a great jacket & mine looks fantastic. It's really sleek & not bulky n any way, a perfect mid-weight jacket that's perfect for temps n the high 40s thru low low 60s. The lining is really nice, wellmade, & doesn't constrict ur movement n any way. The outside holds up great against the strong NorthEasters winds we get here n Virginia Beach where we can easily have constant 20-40mph windspeeds & stronger gusts with pelting, heavy, drenching rains. That's where ur thankful that the jacket's linings r waterproof too. It's all around a really wellmade waterproof midweight jacket that looks really sleek& def classy so u can easily where it on a 1st date & catch a compliment or 2 bout how good u look n it from ur girl, & that's still the perfect jacket for a cold dawn patrol session too. It has a nice amount of pockets and I always want my jacket to have a minimum of 1 pocket with a zipper on it to hold my keys& wallet & this jacket covers that, but I do wish all of the pockets had zippers to close them with. That is the only thing I wish were different on this jacket, is for all the pockets to have zippers to close them with. But note that it does run a size smaller than u would normally wear, cuz I wear a XL n Rip Curl shirts but n this jacket I definitely need a XXL size n order for it to fit properly. So just account for the size difference, order 1 size bigger than what size Rip Curl shirts u wear & u'll definitely b set. Rip Curl definitely looked out for us with this jacket, it's definitely a personal favorite of mine for dates with my girl n late fall/early winter, & a no brainer for surfchecks. A great jacket, from a beyond great company. Thanks Rip Curl u hit it outta the park on this 1. Good looking out!!
