Rip Curl Extends Agreement With World Number #1 Molly Picklum As Well As Erin Brooks, Alyssa Spencer and Crosby Colapinto

Current World Number #1 Molly Picklum renews partnership with the Ultimate Surfing Company.

We are proud to announce the extension of agreements with our world-class surfers Molly Picklum, Erin Brooks, Alyssa Spencer, and Crosby Colapinto. This extension highlights Rip Curl's continued support and commitment to the next generation of elite surfing talent.

Among those extending their partnership is current world number 1, Molly Picklum, who Rip Curl have provided continued support and commitment to since the beginning of Molly’s career.

Beginning in 2018, the partnership with Rip Curl has continued through Molly’s career and qualification for the WSL Championship Tour. After a sensational start to the 2024 WSL season, the recent announcement will extend the relationship and provide support for Molly to concentrate on holding her number one world position.

Rip Curl’s Head of Brand and Marketing, James Taylor expresses his enthusiasm for the extension of the next generation of elite talent.

Molly Picklum herself shared her excitement about the extended agreement, stating, "It’s awesome to continue my journey with Rip Curl. I’ve been with them since I was 14 years old. I’m grateful for their support and proud of what we’ve achieved together. Women’s surfing is in such an exciting place, I hope we can inspire the next generation of groms together and push the boundaries of our sport."

In addition to Molly Picklum, Rip Curl is also extending agreements with other remarkable talents, including Erin Brooks, the 2022 ISA World Junior Champion, Alyssa Spencer, and Crosby Colapinto, both of whom are 2024 WSL CT Rookies.

The extension marks Rip Curl's commitment to supporting a well-balanced team of surfers, ranging from first level of surfing all the way through to world champions.
