How to return one or several items(s)?

It’s simple and free, you have no document to print. The form and the return label are in your package.

You have a right of withdrawal of 60 working days from receipt of the products to return them without having to justify or pay a penalty.

Important: If your order contains an item relating to a special promotion, makes sure that the value of the processed return respects all the promotion conditions , otherwise the value of the item will be invoiced.

Return Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, please ensure that it meets the following conditions:

- Cleanliness: Returned clothing must be clean. Any item that is dirty or stained will not be accepted.
- Condition: Items must be in good condition. We will not accept clothing that is damaged, torn, or shows signs of wear.
- Labels: If possible, clothing should be returned with the original labels attached.

By adhering to these conditions, you help us ensure a quality service for all our customers.

Return Instructions for Neoprene Wetsuits

Follow the steps below to effectively pack your wetsuit for return:
1. Place the wetsuit face down on a flat surface with the arms down.
2. Fold both legs up from just above the knees.
3. Fold the wetsuit again, upwards from the waist.
4. Fold the arms over the top, crossed over one another.
5. Place the wetsuit in the box it arrived in, or an equivalent (minimum 60 x 40 x 10 cm). Seal it with adhesive tape.
6. Attach the return label to the box and drop it off at your shipping location.

Please don't fold neoprene wetsuits vertically through the chest panel as this causes significant creasing. You will need to pack the wetsuit in the same manner it arrived to you in. You can also use the box it came in to return back to us.

Please note: If any wetsuits are received with creases or holes, your return request will be void and the wetsuit will be sent back to you automatically.

Return your package in 4 steps:

1. Fill in the form of return included in your package

Fill the form included in your package by striking the item(s) not returned and mention the reason of your return.

2. Prepare your package

Put the item back in a carefully closed package. Then stick the return label on the package over the shipping label. If you have lost your label, contact our customer service to get a new one.  

Please fill the form "Bon de retour/Return Invoice" included in your order by adding in the right column the total of the returned items and mention the reason of the return.
Please stick this document on the outside of the parcel with the return label.
 
In the event of a product return, the Buyer is required to complete the "Return Invoice" form included in the original order. This document must specify, in the appropriate column, the total value of the returned items as well as the reason for the return. The completed form must be visibly affixed to the outside of the return parcel, together with the return label provided.
Failure to comply with these instructions may result in delays in processing the return, refusal of the return by the Seller, or rejection of the parcel by the carrier (e.g., DHL)
3. Send you package back

Thanks to DHL EXPRESS ON DEMAND DELIVERY (DHL ODD), make your return with one of the following option:

DHL EXPRESS SERVICE POINT: Drop-off your parcel at a DHL Service Point near you.

  1. Click on http://locator.dhl.com
      - Select a Country 
      - Enter a place or zip code
      - Send Shipment 
      - Choose “I have a shipment with a DHL Label
  2. Drop-off your parcel at the selected DHL Service point with the return label stuck on the package. 
4. You are refunded!

Upon receipt of the package in our warehouse and after confirmation of the status of the product(s), we will refund the amount billed to the account used to pay the order, within 14 working days. Rip Curl reserves the right to accept or refuse returned products that do not meet the defined requirements, or that will be considered not eligible for return service (CGV : Art.9 c).
