Delivery
Once your order will be shipped you receive a notification of DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY (DHL ODD) or Chronopost depending on your place of residence.
Products will be delivered within a maximum of 10 working days of the Order confirmation sent by the Seller to the Customer. It is understood that the delivery times may vary, without exceeding the maximum indicated above, according to the delivery method selected by the Customer.
It’s simple and free, you have no document to print. The form and the return label are in your package. You have a right of withdrawal of 60 working days from receipt of the products to return them without having to justify or pay a penalty.
Important: If your order contains an item relating to a special promotion, makes sure that the value of the processed return respects all the promotion conditions , otherwise the value of the item will be invoiced.
We don’t offer a “warranty” on Rip Curl swimwear, however if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase we accept returns and offer exchanges if the product is unworn, the hygiene sticker remains in-tact (this one is for the ladies) and all swing tags are still attached to the garment.
