Surf for 30 days in September for remote surf communities.

This September, Rip Curl has partnered with SurfAid to help make an impact for families in isolated regions, connected to us through surfing.  This September surfers from across the globe are teaming up to take part in the third annual Make A Wave challenge. From September 1st to the 30th rookies and pros alike will surf for 30 days straight to make an impact for SurfAid.  Sign up as a solo surfer, or register your surf crew today.

About Make A Wave:
Make a Wave is a peer-to-peer fundraising initiative that encourages people to surf for 30 days straight throughout September. All while raising funds for SurfAid's programs providing healthcare, clean water and sanitation, and nutrition and food security to families living in remote surf communities.

SurfAid supports families living next to the world’s most remote waves who struggle to access basic services like access to healthcare, clean water, sanitation and food security.

The Make A Wave challenge aims to raise funds to support SurfAid’s programs, in surf destinations like the Mentawai Islands where our support is needed more than ever. Since 2021, the Make A Wave community has raised almost $1.4 million for families in the heartlands of surfing.
