All Rip Curl apparel comes with a 3 month manufacturer defect warranty. If you notice any defects on your purchase within 3 months, simply contact the Rip Curl Service Center for instructions on how to return the goods. Proof of purchase will be required.

What is your reviews policy?
Product Reviews.
Our online Reviews policy is aimed to ensure that the overall impression created by a body of reviews on the review platform is not misleading. In accordance with this policy we will:
- Only include reviews of genuine acquirers and users of the products and not include fake reviews by us or related parties promoting products;
- Ensure only reviews specifically about product are published and comments unrelated / about delivery / experience are removed
- Not selectively remove or edit negative reviews;
- Reviews may come from other Regions where Rip Curl trades and the same product is sold. (i.e. the same Tee/style code could be sold in Australia, USA, Europe, Brazil and NZ).
- Rip Curl employees receive Product as part of their employment agreement. Any reviews will be genuine and unbiased.
- Disclose if relevant any incentives provided to reviewers (and if incentives are involved, ensure the reviewer is available if the review is positive or negative).

How do I send a watch back for repair?
To have your watch assessed, or battery/band replaced by our technicians, please go to our warranty & care page download the form, and follow the steps stated there.

How do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be included in an email that gets sent to you when your order has shipped. Tracking information will update once the package has been picked up by the freight carrier.

How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days from day order is placed for items to leave warehouse plus shipping time. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude federal holidays within the United States.
Orders placed after 11:00am PST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day, and orders place on Friday after 8:00am PST will ship the following Monday.
2-Day and overnight deliveries can only be delivered Monday-Friday. Expedited shipping is not eligible for weekend delivery.
Do I get a physical membership card?
No, members will receive a digital membership card that can be downloaded into smartphone wallet.
Can my annual birthday gift be used both online and in-store and will it be time-bound?
Yes, it can be used online or in-store and it will have to be used within 30 days.
Will my annual birthday gift require a minimum spend?
No, you will not have a minimum spend but your total has to be $20 before tax for the voucher to be able to be applied.
If I purchased my product online, can I return it to my closest store after the extended 40 days?
No. Our returns policy will remain the same except for the member extension on time to return product.
Will Rip Curl begin to keep a copy of my transactions when I become a member so that I don’t have to keep my receipts.
Yes. We will email you a e-receipt, and our customer service and store teams will be able to use your membership number to search and find receipts for purchases made from the date of your membership commencing.
When will I get points credited to my membership account after purchase?
Immediate. Manual claiming of points online will take 5 working days.
When will I get points credited to my membership account after a surf?
Within 48 hours
Can I get points for doing a product review on every product that I purchase?
No. Points for Product Reviews will be a managed incentive that Rip Curl will carefully control quality and volumes.
Can I redeem my points even if I have 5c or 10c in credit?
Yes.
Will my points expire?
All points expire after 24 months.

Can I earn and use my points overseas at Rip Curl stores?
In time, yes. This program will be progressively implemented in the USA and Europe over the next 3 years.
Can I earn points in outlet stores?
No, there will be no Club Rip Curl earnings or spendings in any of our outlet locations
Do I earn points on sale items?
Yes, the Club Rip Curl currency remains the same - $1 spent generates 100 points.
If I return an item for a refund, will I also lose the points I earnt?
Yes.

If I buy a product and two weeks later became a member where does my return window start/finish?
26 days.
Can I use my points at Kathmandu, Ozmosis or Oboz?
No. But, you will be able to claim points from purchases at Rip Curl participating stores.
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM FOR A LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGE
Lost Orders
An order is considered lost if it is never reported as delivered. This may include orders that have been stuck in any shipping status other than “Delivered.” You may file a claim once sufficient time has passed for delivery and the expected delivery date is well overdue.
- Domestic orders are considered lost if not delivered 10 days after fulfillment.
- Claims must be filed no later than 30 days from the shipment date.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, unusable, or otherwise in unacceptable condition from transit, you may file a claim immediately. Be sure to include photos of the item(s) and packaging.
- Damaged claims must be filed within 7 days from the date the order was marked delivered.

Stolen Packages
Seel considers unreceived packages marked “Delivered” as stolen.
- Stolen claims must be filed within 7 days from the date it was marked delivered.
- Before filing, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office, as packages are sometimes scanned as delivered a few days early.
- Orders with a purchase price greater than $500 require a police report.
