CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of shipment on the terms set out below. These terms do not apply to returns for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
RESTOCKING FEE:
For online orders, a $8 restocking fee will be deducted from the returned value, This applies to each label created per order. However, the fee will be waived if the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Bikini bottoms must have hygienic stickers intact
- Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- A valid proof of purchase is required
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Products not in original condition or missing tags
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS:
If your order included a free or discounted promotional item, and your return disqualifies you from that promotion, you must either:
- Return the promotional item, or
- Pay the full retail price (RRP) of the promotional item if you wish to keep it
- Example: If you received a free towel spending over $125, and your return brings your total below $125, you must either return the towel or pay the full RRP for the towel
EXCHANGES:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order separately
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete
IN-STORE RETURNS:
Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. All online purchases must be returned via our online return portal. If your purchase was made in-store, please follow the store's return policy. In you purchased an item while travelling and would like to return an item, our customer service team is here to help. Please reach out to us.customerservice@ripcurl.com with proof of purchase along with pictures of items with tags attached.

If your item has a manufacturing defect or qualifies for warranty repair:
