All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and returns slip, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
If you’ve purchased a Rip Curl watch from an authorised Rip Curl retailer, you’re in luck! We offer a comprehensive Watch Warranty policy. You’re covered for five years on Movements (y’know, the part inside the watch that makes it all tick).
You will also have a two-year warranty of Water Resistance, and one full year on your watch battery.
If your battery can’t be saved, our in-house watch service centre will replace it and will, at the same time, reseal and test the watch functions and water resistance.
