Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to obtain/ use the discount form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Spend and Save Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promotion will commence at 10AM AEDT Tuesday 23rd September, made public online across relevant Rip Curl websites and social media platforms. The Promotion ends at 5PM AEDT Monday 29th September (“Promotional Period”). Transactions must be made by the consumer within the Promotional Period in order to participate.

  4. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or withdraw the Promotion at any time, subject to any regulatory and/or commercial requirements
  5. Rip Curl’s decisions in connection with all aspects of this Promotion are final. If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this Promotion or claiming an offer, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this promotion is final.

Promotion and How To Use 

  1. Anyone who signs up for a new Club Rip Curl member, using a valid email address/ Mobile number through the Rip Curl website (Magento) or participating Rip Curl Store (D365 POS), during the Promotional Period will be eligible to receive the promotional offer.
  2. Entry into this Promotion is limited to residents of United States only.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to use the promotional offer. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  4. Consumers must be over the age of 16 to enter. Consumers who are under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian approval to purchase
  5. You may use the Promotion as many times during the Promotional Period.
  6. The promotion is only available for full price (RRP) Rip Curl products.
  7. The promotion is not available or applicable to Surfboards, Third Party Products and Gift Cards
  8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of purchases and consumers and to disqualify any entrant who makes a transaction that is not in accordance with these
  9. Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  10. The promotion cannot be transferred or exchanged and is not redeemable for cash.
  11. Membership of Club Rip Curl is subject to the Club Rip Curl terms and conditions as amended from time to time. 
  12. You must remain a member of Club Rip Curl as at the date of the transaction to be valid to use the offer.  
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
  14. If this promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoters’ control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the promotion or disqualify affected consumers subject to any necessary approval by any regulatory authorities.
