Returns Request & Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Rip Curl online purchase, simply follow the steps below.
- Products must be in the condition you received them. We will not accept merchandise that’s been worn, altered, or washed.
- Products must have the original tags and bikini bottoms hygienic sticker must be intact.
- Wetsuits and booties must be returned in the original box that they were shipped in. Wetsuits stuffed into small boxes/packages will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Unfortunately exchanges are not currently available. Please return any item/s in adherence to our returns policy.
Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center your refund will be processed and a credit to the original method of payment or store credit will be applied within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
