Returns Request & Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Rip Curl online purchase, simply follow the steps below.
Extended Holiday returns: Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st may be returned by the end of January. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as when you recieved it.
- Products must be in the condition you received them. We will not accept merchandise that’s been worn, altered, or washed.
- Products must have the original tags and bikini bottoms hygienic sticker must be intact.
- Wetsuits must be returned in the original box that they were shipped in. Wetsuits stuffed into small boxes/packages will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers your refund will be processed and a credit to the original method of payment or store credit will be applied within 30 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
