Holiday Return Policy

Any purchase made in November or December can be returned anytime in January 2023.

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Rip Curl online purchase, simply follow the steps below.

  • Products must be in the condition you received them. We will not accept merchandise that’s been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Products must have the original tags and bikini bottoms hygienic sticker must be intact.
  • Wetsuits must be returned in the original box that they were shipped in. Wetsuits stuffed into small boxes/packages will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Unfortunately exchanges are not currently available. Please return any item/s in adherence to our returns policy.

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center your refund will be processed and a credit to the original method of payment or store credit will be applied within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Returns Directions

1. Circle the items that you are returning on the packing slip that was included in your order.
2. Send the item(s) that you wish to return along with the packing slip back to our fulfillment center using the shipping label that was provided in your original order.
