Returns Request & Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Rip Curl online purchase, simply follow the steps below.

  • Products must be in the condition you received them. We will not accept merchandise that’s been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Products must have the original tags and bikini bottoms hygienic sticker must be intact.
  • Wetsuits and booties must be returned in the original box that they were shipped in. Wetsuits stuffed into small boxes/packages will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Unfortunately exchanges are not currently available. Please return any item/s in adherence to our returns policy.
  • For online orders, a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund when returning items by mail.  However, the fee will be waived if the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.  Please note, there are no fees for in-store returns.  This policy goes into effect for orders placed after 11/15/2024.

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center your refund will be processed and a credit to the original method of payment or store credit will be applied within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
